ipod not recognised by itunes because of Apple Mobile Device Support?
I have downloaded itunes9 from the apple site. However, after installing it, and quicktime, which I had to download separately, the itunes software did not recognise my ipod touch3g. It was because Apple Mobile Device Support and Bonjour softwares did not automatically download on my laptop. I am using Windows 7. Can anybody help me? I had been to the Apple Service Centre, in London as well as in Mumbai. But surprisingly, my problem remained unresolved.
Just download and install Bonjour separately too, or download iTunes again from the start and check the Bonjour box as well as the QuickTime box. Then follow the steps here to start the AMDS — http://www.apple.com/iphone/
