where i can Download Windows Mobile 6 for T-mobile MDA?
Well, you can in fact upgrade the OS on your MDA, but Windows Mobile 6 has not been released for the MDA, and it has been semi-officially announced from T-Mobile that they will not provide this upgrade.
No other operators are providing WM6 upgrade for the MDA (HTC Wizard, Qtek 9100 etc.), but I have seen dodgy home-brew releases though I wouldn’t recommend trying them as they can seriously screw up you phone.
