How to use inbuilt database connection to my J2ME application?

I am developing one Application using J2ME, and apps requires to store some static data to database, so how will i use the existed phone’s database(Memory) to my apps, i dont want to use third party software (Oracle’s mobile database). so any one can tell me which APIs will call the existing database which phone should support?

For some reason Nokia does not provide good Java support. They encourage only Symbion and C++ tools and ofcourse they know their business better. In my opinion, it is waste of time to try Java for Nokia.
