where can i download mobile tv app. for N96?

originally i have mobile tv on my N96, apparently, it was downgraded to live tv after nokia tech upgraded the software, as they claimed it fixed the problem, but it did not. I can no longer record programs and its not cool at all. If someone can direct to a website where to download it please? Thanks!
