Whats a push message? on my mobile windows live messenger..?
it says you have a push message and I click it and check and nothing shows up.what could it be? I signed up for it for the 5$ monthly subscription on my phone and it doesnt even say everyone thats online it just shows all my offline contacts.. is there something I have to do?
I’ve been using Windows Live for 3 years and I never heard of a Push message, so I can’t help you there. As for your contacts, click Tools, then Options and finally, Layout.
On this page you get to decide how you want your contacts shown, if you want to see your contacts online status, fill in the last square on the page and make sure those two indicators are showing what you want.
For instance, the top one could show their first and last name if you want and the bottom one should read “online status”. Click Apply, then Ok and you’re all set.
You should go through each one of the categories on your Options page, thereby formatting your Messenger to fit your likes in a more personal way. I don’t know why you paid the fee, because the free version is excellent also.
