Nintendo Ds Emulator For Windows Mobile 6?

I have a touchscreen Samsung SCH-i760 that has wifi. Im wondering is there a mobile download that anyone knows of that I can get the emulator and games directly to my phone because I dont have a usb for unzipping things. If there is a Nintendo Ds emulator for windows mobile 6 and I want an emualtor that works with the wifi. So I can play the wifi games online with other people. It needs to be a free program also. An emulator without wifi would be fine. Ill need the link to go to in my web browser on my phone. Thanks
