How do I trnsfr data frm my XP laptop to mobile without data cable? What Bluetooth Software shd i use for this

I have just bought a blue tooth ‘dongle’ for my computer. Cost around £20 and it looks like a Memory stick. You can send information via Bluetooth from mobile to phone and visa versa.

Its an ADVENT V2.0 + EDR Class 2 .. hope that helps
