Samsung Mobile Phone Software Update

Tired of exchanging phones with T-Mobile what can I do? Will nvr work on Macbook?

I bought the Samsung Galaxy though T-Mobile.. I guess I didn’t do enough research to know the phone would not be compatible with my Macbook. I had to switch my phone and do a factory reset because it kept freezing. Then my new phone kept freezing and they insisted it was the software update I had to do. I complained I had a Macbook and it is not compatible the guy insisted the software would work and it didn’t. Then another representative told me Samsung is not compatible with Mac. So if I get refurbished phone it may not come with the updated software.
