Windows Mobile 6.5 Upgrade

Where and how can I put windows 6.5 on my t mobile touch pro 2?

I want to buy the touch pro 2 because I found out that u can upgrade to 6.5. but if u buy it, would it come installed? or do i have to download it?

You would have to download it. Unfortunately all the stock Windows Mobile licenses come with 6.1 stock (sometimes 6.0). But yea you will need to download it here: http://www.htc.com/sea/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=250&cat=2&dl_id=736
